Refund Policy

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Returns:

Due to the nature of electronic cigarette products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the product has quality issues.

Refunds:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method after a certain amount of time. (Only for cancelled order)

Delayed or Lost Refunds:

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cvdtech.ca.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only allowed for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 72 hours to contact us and provide feedback on the defective product. You can contact us at info@cvdtech.ca.

Gifts:

All gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping:

To return your damaged product, please send an email to info@cvdtech.ca. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping time for replacement products may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping items worth over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
